DESCRIPTION:Join ACT and a host of talented local painters for our second a
 nnual Battle of the Brushes on Friday\, April 24th from 7 PM to 9 PM!\nP
 urchase a drink and some snacks from the pub\, listen and groove to the mu
 sic provided by DJ Corey Genest\, then enjoy watching the painters work ov
 er the course of two rounds to paint a stunning new piece of work.\n\nAt t
 he end of the night\, discuss the paintings with your fellow guests then v
 ote for your favorite! Best of all\, all of the evening's paintings will b
 e available for purchase via silent auction.\n\nAll proceeds from ticket s
 ales will support the Arts Council of Tamworth's programs\, which include 
 our summer music festival\, An Afternoon by the Swift\, and the artist in
  residency program at the K. A. Brett School. \n\nThis event is generously
  sponsored by First Water Frames of Conway and the Public House on Page
  Hill.
