 stic Cafe. These are all dishes you would find at Jazzfest in New Orleans\
 , prepared by Kimball Packard from the Farmstand. Kimball was an artist ma
 nager for New Orleans musicians for 20 years\, and The Farmstand is one of
  the only places north of Louisiana that touring musicians will eat New Or
 leans cooking!\n\nMenu items include Chicken and andouille sausage Jambala
 ya\, Red Beans and rice w/ cajun coleslaw\, Crawfish Monica - a pasta dish
  made with Louisiana crawfish tails\, and parmesan cheese\, Paul Prodhome'
