DESCRIPTION:Location: Runnells Hall\, 25 Deer Hill Rd.\, Chocorua\, NH\n\nT
 he Arts Council of Tamworth is pleased to host the second annual Tamworth 
 Swift River Regatta on Saturday\, May 30th. \n\nKids of all ages and thei
 r families are invited to join in the friendly competition that’s a grea
 t spectator event. Competitors will customize and decorate a 9” pine woo
 den model sailboat and compete for cash and other prizes in the Swift Rive
 r course that passes through the center of town. The boats\, built in Tamw
 orth by Swift River Wood Products\, are available for advance purchase her
 e online or at the Tamworth Farmer’s Market on May 16th. Only 35 boats w
 ill be available.\n\nThe prizes will be $50 for first place (in both youth
  and adult divisions) and $25 for second place (in both youth and adult di
 visions). There will also be prizes for best-decorated boat!\n\nCompetitor
 s will want to get their boats early as they’re all invited to a free Pa
 int Your Boat workshop on May 17th from 1 PM to 3 PM at Runnells Hall in 
 Chocorua\, hosted by the Arts Council. \n\nAll boat sales help to fund th
 e Arts Council's events and programming!
