Settlers Green has been a landmark shopping experience in North Conway since their opening in 1988. Located on Route 16 (also known as White Mountain Highway), Settlers Green plays host to 70 outlets, eateries and experiences.

Originally opened in 1988, its most recent expansion called Streetside includes 12 retailers including a Market Basket grocery store.
