And come early and enjoy AN AUTHENTIC NEW ORLEANS-STYLE DINNER, held in the Majestic Cafe. These are all dishes you would find at Jazzfest in New Orleans, prepared by Kimball Packard from the Farmstand. Kimball was an artist manager for New Orleans musicians for 20 years, and The Farmstand is one of the only places north of Louisiana that touring musicians will eat New Orleans cooking!
Menu items include Chicken and andouille sausage Jambalaya, Red Beans and rice w/ cajun coleslaw, Crawfish Monica – a pasta dish made with Louisiana crawfish tails, and parmesan cheese, Paul Prodhome’s bread pudding, and more! Everything can be ordered a la carte.
The dinner starts at 6pm and goes until showtime at 7:30 or until supplies are gone, so get there early!
